What to send us
A plan helps us work out the free floor area, which is what the heating is sized on. Any of these three works:
- A plan as a file. A PDF or an image exported from your architect or engineer.
- A photo of a paper plan. Lay it flat, no creases, good light, camera held straight above the drawing.
- A hand sketch. Rooms with their dimensions and the fixed units marked, such as kitchen cabinets, the bath, the shower tray and the toilet.
If you do not have a plan at all, send the room dimensions in the message and we will work from those.
What happens next
We read the plan, take out the fixed units, and propose either heating mats for tiled and stone floors or far infrared heating film for laminate, vinyl and engineered wood, with a matching thermostat. You get the sizes, the parts list and the price. Delivery is free across all 32 counties.
